The OBA announced today that its Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre, 3063 South Service Road, Burlington, ON L7N 3E9.
The Annual Meeting of Members takes place at 1:15 pm at OBA’s 2-day Fall Conference.
Proposed Constitution & By-law changes will be presented for Member approval, Election of Board Directors will take place, and Resolutions may be considered, in addition to Reports & Updates from the OBA Board of Directors.
Nominations and Resolutions submission deadline is next Friday, November 8, 2019 at 5 pm.
