The following Ontario regulations will be in effect as of July 1, 2013.
Summaries
- The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is amending a regulation under the Bees Act to add certain diseases and pests to the designated list that beekeepers must report for inspection purposes. This will help control and manage the spread of disease and pests within the province and support the movement of bee colonies to other jurisdictions.
