2015 Beekeepers Financial Assistance Program Deadline - Jan. 30th, 2015

The 2015 Beekeepers Financial Assistance Program offers help to Ontario Beekeepers to cope with unusually high bee losses in 2015. 

The on-line application is a quick and easy way to apply for the 2015 Beekeepers Financial Assistant Program.  If you have at least 10 hives and meet the eligibility requirements, you may qualify for compensation for bee losses in 2015. 

There are 2 coverage periods:  (a one-time deductible of 40% is applied across both coverage periods)

• Overwinter (November 1, 2014 – to April 30, 2015)
• In-season (May 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015)

Applications must be completed and received by January 30, for both coverage periods, to qualify for enrollment in this program for 2015. On-line applications are now available at agricorp.com/bees. You can submit the application online or print and mail it to Agricorp.

The deadline to apply is January 30, 2015.
